Accommodation
These terms and conditions apply to accommodation made available by Pedder Wilderness lodge. By making a booking for accommodation, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them subject to such changes as are notified to you from time to time. If the booking for accommodation is made through a third party, the terms and conditions of that third party also apply.
General Terms
Where indicated, minimum stay conditions apply to accommodation options. Pedder Wilderness Lodge will endeavor to provide the accommodation but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings due to insufficient or excessive numbers of requests. All accommodation is subject to availability.
Free WiFi is available for guests of the lodge, however, please note this is subject to availability due to the remoteness of the property.
Standard check-in time is 3 pm and check out time is 10 am. If you wish to check out later than 10 am, you need to obtain approval from the property management 12 hours prior to the standard check out time. You will be charged $20 per hour for every hour after 10 am that you fail to check out without prior approval.
Persons aged over 12 years will be charged an extra person rate of $30.00 for each person staying in a room which exceeds the maximum occupancy for the room type.
Payments
A surcharge will apply to payments made by Visa and MasterCard. The surcharge applied to these cards may vary and is displayed at the time payment for the booking is to be made.
As a standard check-in procedure, a credit card will be requested and used to confirm your booking and in the event of any unsettled charges on the booking, Pedder Wilderness Lodge is authorized to charge the credit card supplied or the account utilized for any other undeclared or unsettled charges.
Booking Policy
All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by the provision of credit card details. By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorize Pedder Wilderness Lodge to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
- Additional values cannot be added to an existing Pedder Wilderness Lodge Gift Voucher; however additional Gift Vouchers can be purchased.
- A surcharge will apply if Gift Vouchers are purchased using a credit or debit card.
- Gift Vouchers are to be treated like cash and if they are defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen they will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
- Pedder Wilderness Lodge does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation fees for accommodation are as follows Pedder Wilderness Lodge:
- No charge will be incurred if more than 48 hours notice is given.
- Less than 48 hours prior to arrival: contract rate for 1 night per room cancelled.
- If you do not arrive for your booking or provide any cancellation notice, you will be charged 100% for the accommodation amount of your outstanding client account.
- Group bookings require a 7-day notice of cancellation.
If a deposit has not been paid then cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card held as a guarantee. If a deposit has been paid and the amount of the deposit is more than the cancellation fee then the cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit and the balance of the deposit will be refunded and the amount of the deposit is less than the cancellation fee then the deposit will be taken in part payment of the cancellation fee and the balance of the cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card held as a guarantee.
No refund will be given for any unused services or non-arrival.
Cancellations must be made by notifying Pedder Wilderness Lodge between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm 7 days a week by sending an email to info@pedderwildernesslodge.com.au
