Accommodation

These terms and conditions apply to accommodation made available by Pedder Wilderness lodge. By making a booking for accommodation, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them subject to such changes as are notified to you from time to time. If the booking for accommodation is made through a third party, the terms and conditions of that third party also apply.

Promotional Booking for the months of June, July and August are only available for new bookings and not available for bulk, industrial or commercial bookings. Therefore no bookings under this promotional banner will be accepted from travel agents or those travelling on business purposes. All those wishing to partake in the Two for One promotion must quote the following code: “winter2for1”.

General Terms

Where indicated, minimum stay conditions apply to accommodation options. Pedder Wilderness Lodge will endeavour to provide the accommodation but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings due to insufficient or excessive numbers of requests. All accommodation is subject to availability.

Standard check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. If you wish to check out later than 10am, you need to obtain approval from the property management 12 hours prior to the standard check out time. You will be charged $20 per hour for every hour after 10am that you fail to check out without prior approval.

Persons aged over 12 years will be charged an extra person rate for each person staying in a room which exceeds the maximum occupancy for the room type or where extra beds or linen are required.

Payments

A surcharge will apply to payments made by Visa and MasterCard. The surcharge applied to these cards may vary and is displayed at the time payment for the booking is to be made.

As a standard check in procedure, a credit card may be requested and used to confirm your booking and in the event of any unsettled charges on the booking Pedder Wilderness Lodge is authorised to charge the credit card supplied or the account utilized for any other undeclared or unsettled charges.
