Job Description

Pedder Wilderness Lodge is seeking experienced all-rounders in Southwest Tasmania. Located 2 hours from Hobart in Tasmania’s World Heritage area, we are seeking casual staff who either live on site or commute for busy periods.
This is an excellent way to save money and explore the area during downtime.

Duties:

General housekeeping duties: cleaning rooms, bathrooms, making beds, laundry duties
Working in the restaurant: taking table orders, serving drinks, clearing tables
Assisting in the kitchen when required
Reception/Check-ins etc
Other duties as required

Requirements:

Candidate must be fit, have excellent presentation and have attention to detail
Have previous experience in housekeeping and food & beverage. Barista experience highly regarded
Be switched on
Have a current RSA Certificate
