Mark Stothard
Mark Stothard is one of the owners of the magnificent True North, in partnership with the founding Director of the business, Craig Howson and is a passionate photographer. His motto is “do it once and do it right”
Mark loves life and lives it to the max every day. He has been involved in numerous businesses over the years including Image Marine, Skydive Express, Evolution Yachts and now North Star Cruises, Evolution Commercial and his latest venture is Echo Yachts with partners Jurien Van Rongen and Nick Gardiner and a Singaporean founder of the company and Chairman.
Echo Yachts has recently announced the build of the largest ever Super Yacht built in Australia and also one of the largest GRP Catamaran Shadow vessels ever to be built in Australia as well.
His Passions are Photography, Surfing, Scuba Diving, Swimming, Bike Riding, Snow Skiing, Canoeing, Skydiving and Cooking.
After achieving numerous medals and records in various disciplines in Skydiving over a period of 20 years and 3500 skydives, Mark turned his focus and energy to Landscape Photography in recent times.
Mark was mentored by one of Australia’s Landscape Photographic legends, Christian Fletcher and they are now the best of mates and often go on photographic adventures together.
Mark is now well respected in photographic circles and has a blog that showcases a good range of his work.
